The only work done on the basement was dry locking the exterior/basement walls and removing water damaged stucco - no repairs to the gutters or adding a drainage system/sump pump like several of the contractors suggested.

I know this is a vague question, so here are some specific examples:(1) After washing clothes, tenant hangs clothes out to dry, so you have towels, panties, colored bras flapping in the wind.
