@Brian Johnson I have never been a super handy guy either but I have found that YouTube has videos on pretty much everything. 

Also I keep seeing videos of realtors getting buyers or leads in general from Zillow and Realtor.com what are your thoughts on this?

You want to offer some sort of incentive such as a hundred bucks off rent and you want to make sure it’s listed everywhere relevant.

We left the house really well and have a video of that too.

I have a youtube video on FAQ and several BP blog posts about these issues.

But the listing is terrible and missing a lot of relevant details and financials.
