Im trying to see what do buying interest of land mean? Do you have immediately possession of land and what's the redemption periods for land is it still 3 years?

@Darrell Hall, if less than three years since the auction, you receive a tax certificate that entitles you to possession until redeemed, and to keep rents if collected.  There are several redemption time periods. I have a youtube video on FAQ and several BP blog posts about these issues.
