Things were off to a good start - got a building permit to demo the house, found a contractor to do the demo nice who did the job quickly and efficiently, found an architect/engineer who understood my vision, and then it came to a halt.

A Business Plan really needs to have a lot of projections in exactly the way the above Cashflow books addresses.Now, let's talk about where you should Invest.After you really educate yourself the right way, you will then begin to understand that you must have a clear vision of about 10 years into the future.In other words, if you only do calculations based on today, you cannot fully understand nor get a Vision of your Investment and how it will evolve over time, generally a 10 year period.For instance, how will the Mortgage Balanced move, what about increases in Rents and Expenses, especially taxes and heating costs, etc.Appreciation should also be a factor because you are starting out brand new and picking a place for investing.

For USA I have heard as high as 40% down then add taxes and travel expenses and a vision should repairs come up like any place.
