With a strong network of brokers, a sponsor, nothing you can't crack into -- and per some feedback I've received on BP from veteran investors, they'd always suggest to look at logistics and proximity first.

I just watched their video on Wholesaling and have been offered to buy the course, so I'm wanting to see some feedback from others who have joined. 

If they're not challenging you, or your personalities don't mesh, be prepared to give them honest feedback.

If you have any insight or ideas for the structuring of the lease, I would love to hear you feedback.

Please share your insights if anyone has encountered negative feedback or reasons to avoid doing business with this group. only actual review I found online was just posted on Feb 16th, and looks fake...
