Unless the bedroom has a door that connects to the outdoors, at least one of the windows should be at least 24 inches tall by 20 inches wide.

If they get a heavy rain, one side of the yard is holding water up against the house, and it's seeping inside the home.Last year the PM installed an outdoor sump pump in the area to help move the water away, but that isn't adequate.

I've done worse than that to neighbors I like.Installing video cameras in being paranoid and the major problems with cameras is they are a waste of money because everyone already knows that only a serious fool doesn't pay attention to outdoor camera and every every serious fool knows that video footage taken at nighttime is grainy and can't identify someone with a sweatshirt hood and a mask.Just wave, smile, say hello and never count someone else's money.

You can also use a normal dehumidifier and keep it on constantly and draining into the whole house P trap, or use an ejector pump like on your FHA heating system to pump it outdoors
