That said, I'm new to investing and wonder if this is going to be problematic in the future.Does anyone have experience with Section 8 tenants that could encourage/discourage me?

I'm new on this website and still trying to understand how it works but i will send u a friend request and i hope we can keep in touch often to kinda guide each other through different processes and basically encourage each other to keep going out and getting deals done!

Obviously I would not encourage you to act on my advice alone as I am also just getting started.

If you’re not able to hit those numbers (or come close), then I would encourage pulling out your cash and hunting for deals.

I was hoping to find some encouragement and some bold go getters with solutions and answers.

I currently have a single family home in Houston now that I just put on the market for renting and the difference between rent amount and mortgage is not encouraging and still looking for tenant s.

I would encourage you to speak to your mortgage broker, or, real estate agent - some loans require PMI, some do not.

I also want to encourage as many others as possible to do the same and go on this ride with me!
