Possible first investment with section 8 tenants

I am interested in a house in my area that currently has Section 8 tenants. The place has been approved for Section 8 and the tenants still pay 1/3 of the expected rent, which means they have skin in the game. That said, I'm new to investing and wonder if this is going to be problematic in the future.

Does anyone have experience with Section 8 tenants that could encourage/discourage me? I would appreciate it. Thanks!
