I'm getting in to wholesaling (assigning contracts) to stay active in the market but avoid the headache of flipping/holds.Question for y'all: how do I anonymize my profile?  

This supposedly protects me from the due on sale clause in the mortgage and provides a level of anonymity.

You could nudge the situation along by calling the city anonymously and reporting that there is a property being lived in with no utilities.

You may want to start with those so you have a better understanding before speaking with a CPA.An LLC is useful for two things: anonymity and legal protection.

Hello all,Can anyone recommend me a knowledgable attorney in Massachusetts for setting up a LLC/Series LLC with anonymity trusts?

I'm in the process of selling my home, roughly 2 weeks from closing on the sale, and the buyer's agent received an "anonymous tip" about an issue my realtor was supposed to have disclosed to the buyer (I assume they did).

Don't know it provides all that much protection anyway,  Certainly doesn't provide anonymity.
