I would not advise working with any PM unless they are able to provide all of the necessary reports for the property - Cash Flow, Income Statement, rent rolls, T12, etc.

Invest some of it in real estate companies with a Robinhood account, so you learn some of the lingo, read their reports, study how they make money. 

Left Main is an add-on to Salesforce that gives you many real estate related fields, reports, templates, dashboards, etc.
