Insurance Options for Owner-occupied triplex in Maryland

Hello, BP Community:

Thank you for your help in advance. It seems as if the options for owner-occupiers of three-unit properties are pretty limited, especially if the building has a flat roof. Can you guys please provide me with insurance options that can accommodate my situation? I'm hoping you guys know some resources I don't 

Alternatively, does anyone have suggestions for a good insurance broker in Baltimore, MD?
