Wondering if I should replace them with new modern looking doors (roughly $300 for the new doors) or remove them altogether and replace with a curtain rod?

UPDATE for anyone else looking: STEWART TITLE will handle these as long as you disclose to the seller that you are not the end buyer and that you're receiving a fee etc.
