Looking for TITLE COMPANY to handle Sub2 / Wrap Assignment on VA LOAN

I'm looking for a title company who will close with title insurance on a wholesale assignment transaction.

-New Mexico

-Assignment

-Sub2 / Wrap / Real Estate Contract

-VA LOAN

I'm afraid that there is some state-wide mandate to not allow sub2 wraps on a VA loan but I've done multiple in other states. I've already contacted the following companies who all will not handle it and said that they don't know anyone else in the state who will handle it.

(all said no: old republic, first american, Centric Title, fidelity title, Service Link (waiting on response))

THANK YOU FOR YOUR HELP! :)
