Sounds like El Burrito Minneapolis opens in July and theater in late August (we'll see).  

Minneapolis is around 4-4.75% in the A space. 4.75-5.75 in the B space and 5.75-7 in the C space.

I just started investing in the Minneapolis area, and am in need of plumbing, electrical, stucco repair, and exterior painting companies which are reliable and reasonably priced.

In hindsight, I probably should have anticipated it as this same tenant brought my 2-year old son something from the Lego store in Minneapolis when she went for work and we had our son get a small gift for her dog as a thank you gesture. 

As a result the only place I can really invest in right now is North Minneapolis, which is considered the bad part of the City.

I am in Minneapolis and have 3 STRP's, but have concerns that something similar could happen here.
