I just started investing in the Minneapolis area, and am in need of plumbing, electrical, stucco repair, and exterior painting companies which are reliable and reasonably priced. I'm looking for my current project, but would also like to build a lasting relationship for future rehabs!  Any suggestions on who to contact (or who to stay away from) would be helpful!
Current rehab requires replacement of knob and tube wiring, adding multiple outlets and circuits, running power to garage; replacing galvanized piping, relocating plumbing, adding a half bath, removing old stack and replacing with PVC in a new location, installing new boiler.
