Newbie hurdles: How do you raise money with limited experience, gain trust, gain experience, etcDuring difficult times, how do you communicate with investors, how do you change distributions? 

If you can get over those hurdles, and budget conservatively, then the project might work for you.

What may be unreasonable will likely be in the eye of the one ripped off and a judge.

The need to jump over the first deal hurdle is intense for me as well.

If delays and or large  hurdles appear than it likely could be considerably longer.
