I like to do 2 year lease for houses but they will be giving me 6- 9 months (Ive been getting a lot of undesirable applicants lately, feel like in 6 months Id have better tenants) I have read some reviews online theres a lot of bad ones mostly from the displaced people; I wanted to know if any renters have worked with them and their experiences.

I have put in marble, tile, and wood floors in this place, upgraded the bathrooms in marble and granite, upgraded the kitchen in granite and stainless steel, refinished the moldy basement and put in a luxury shower with an oversized custom mud pan.
