New Member Looking For Lower Entry Points

Terrell Harris
Posted

Hello Everyone,

About a year and a half ago I sold my rental property.  I am now looking to get back into the market.  I am considering investing $50 - 70k, preferably into a multi-unit property.  I would say my risk tolerance is medium.  Does anyone have any location recommendations?  I currently live in Maryland but am willing to invest in other areas.

Thanks in advance!

Just be careful you understand the Class of properties you are targeting and that you fully understand the corresponding pros and cons.

Many investors get burned when they buy a Class C or D property, thinking they will get Class A or B results.
