Has anyone worked with Ale solutions?
They reached out to me about renting a house for people that were displaced due to a fire. I like to do 2 year lease for houses but they will be giving me 6- 9 months (Ive been getting a lot of undesirable applicants lately, feel like in 6 months Id have better tenants) I have read some reviews online theres a lot of bad ones mostly from the displaced people; I wanted to know if any renters have worked with them and their experiences.
