Most lease agreements will contain an area of exclusions, additions, exceptions, or whatever else it may be called.Even if the shed is detached and separate from the rental, I also suggest adding in your lease that you reserve access to the property and shed during normal business hours for routine maintenance.And I would add that at the end of the day, communication and respect should go a long way.
