@Justin Moon I know this will sound like I'm promoting myself, but the best thing you can do is get a Realtor to do a CMA and forget about Zillow, Redfin, Trulia and all those free estimates, or at least use them to have a very broad and general idea.

Zillow promotes Zestimates and so many consumers think this is good information to receive what their property is worth.

That in mind, my time will probably be best served learning REI rather than promoting funding here on BP. 

Also, some institutions have a promotional rate that is lower for 6 to 12 months.

Ask the Benefits/Marketing person if you can offer their doctors a seminar on a "How To" that addresses their pain points and have maybe 2-3 experts so it doesn't seem overly self-promoting and more benefit-oriented (you being 1 of the speakers).
