Once the fruit trees are more mature.

This seems to me like the lowest hanging fruit... everI feel like more people will realize this and prices will go up... and even if they don't, the ROI is still absolutely greatOn the flipside, I have been looking at REI for a long time and am not dumb ...

(brand building with your own name, might not = instant  $ but your own name turning in to a real  brand is worth a lot more than I can tell you ) The better more fruitful relationships were born out of what I brought to the table.

House only has one hvac and one thermostat upstairs . ( I did hear the fruitful investor on BP YouTube say in some of his he leaves it with one HVAC) but how does that work?

Don't dismiss the low-hanging fruit that is right there for all to see. 

The front entrance is adorned with Caribbean fruits such as mangos, green plantains, naseberries, oranges, limes, ackees, and coconuts.

So today I have taken the first step and hopefully this will be a fruitful one.This is my first post, so I will make it simple and ask 2 questions only:1.

I still do regular "retail" business ( about 50/50) and enjoy that as well but investing really gets my juices flowing. 

I will be taking a trip down to the permit office, but I thought I'd look for some feedback here in order to get the juices flowing.
