Maybe install an electronic lock to get them access.

@Brandon Fo If you lock in a long term fixed rate, the interest rising doesn't matter to existing properties.

We rented a POD, and paid to have all the personal property (including tooth brushes) moved into the POD, locked it up tight, and left it parked on site. 

Find one who specializes in the investment class you are looking for and don't pinch pennies on PM's they will be you eyes and ears. 

It appeared he may have dug to close to the house as the floor now has a small slope in the direction where the digging took place, additionally some separation of the flooring, and a door out of plumb(will shut but wont lock completely).
