Case in point, earlier this month, they sent out an email telling everyone that OOPPSIE DAISY we just accidentally deleted the payment information for quite a few of your customers! 

I thought there were some interesting take aways and the group may find it interesting as well.A few notes: All data was pulled from the MLS so this does not account for off market dealsIf a zip code had fewer than 20 sales in the last 90 days it was deleted from the listI used the 75th percentile rent and the 25th percentile sold price from each zip (this is a common target for my clients)I'm thinking it would be fun to overlay public school ratings next!

Would you mind sharing a copy of the lease that you did (delete all the confidential info ofcourse) Just want to get an idea of how the lease may differ from a lease to an individual.

If so, then go through and ask to delete the ones you don’t think are necessary.
