@Shiela Roberts ^^^^ Using a free online tool will just get you into trouble because you can't really visualize the space correctly.

We did a visually appealing cosmetic upgrade and put the property back on the market.

Before starting any project, visualize it from beginning to end.

I am currently closing on a duplex in my area and the inspector found an attic mold issue that I would not have located on my own visual check.  

My assumption was solely based off visual amounts of multi-family buildings going up!

In that case, go back to the maps and just find it visually, and then you can get the owner.

I could furnish my personal home in a way that visual inspection lived in would hide the $30000 in slab issues my house has...
