Commercial information and details

Hello all,

Very basic question here but for someone who is new to commercial real estate, how would I go about finding more information about an empty lot? (Details below)

There is an empty lot near me and I am interested in finding out the address, lot size, owner, etc. I have scoured the MLS but it doesn't appear there or on any country assessor maps or plot maps. Clearly I'm missing something obvious so I thought I'd ask experts.

Thank you.

i would start with the county's web site, most are online and you can get the information on the owner
