I see two things happening regularly in Nashville: 1 - Houses with a similar or identical floor plan will be mirrored and crammed next to each other on a narrow lot.

Most were hidden with items hanging on the door, hooks mounted on boards, mirrors screwed into the door, etc.  

I switched over since year 2002, and saw  constant improvements on it over time.For accounting and taxes, I had my chart of accounts and Income statements mirror the Schedule E, so there would be no need to map items to tax software.

The most unreasonable person we will meet in life is the one that stares back at us in the mirror.

There is no smoke and mirrors on my side, nor on yours.

The next time I would view the house would be in my rear view mirror.- why do you want the challange when you can find a cream puff.

, the flip side of this is that when my wife and I moved out of our first apartment the management company kept our entire security deposit because we forgot to clean out the oven (which we only realized on the move out walkthrough, so no chance to remedy) and on our second place the same thing again, this time because there was cleaner residue on the bathroom mirror, which was not brought to our attention during the walkthrough ("the place looked great!")

Tub isn’t going to nix a good rental for college kids, just spend more on good lighting/mirror and safety (for women tenants.)

The CPA looks in the rear view mirror and says, "that was a huge pot hole you just hit".

Combine all this stuff together in a large bowl, add water, beat in 2 eggs, and view it all in a large mirror and your taxes will be a LOT lower than 25%, if you owe taxes at all.
