If you think it will end at this Act remember they will just keep adding to it until one day you wake up and find you have a new bedmate and bend over you going to take rather you want it or not.

Crawl under (easier after it's torn down) and eyeball down the whole i-beam to see any imperfections in the beam (make sure it's straight and doesn't "snake" or have bends).
