The big mall operators like Simon the stock right now is taking a beating some as investors look at current returns with vacancy issues and get nervous but long term as the conversions happen and  much higher rents roll in then performance will likely trend up much higher than it was before.

@Deshawn Lewis It's funny, the tenant was already three months behind with the previous owner and I have asked him to start the eviction and held a certain amount during escrow in case he doesn't follow thru with it which he signed and agreed upon in the addendum. 

For class A apartments I can't think of a better zip in central OH for new construction than Lewis Center.
