Have you tried doing SEO as well so you can get more "free leads" instead to pay for clicks?

My marketing budget now is only focused is seo.

1) get a website.2) Make website credible3) Do SEO4) While SEO is ongoing do DMM/PPC/what ever that drives traffic to your site5) learn how to do ARV's, Cost of repairs6) Find a closing attorney7) Turn leads into signed contracts8) Sell contracts at your own risk (more and more do I find out you need a license to WS... not going to get into this)9) Bring all paperwork to your closing agents10) Get your paycheckEveryone is so lost on how to do it.

Well you get yourself a website.Then either get someone that is a freak at seo.

Im working on SEO and possbily a directmail campaign for a client.
