Real Estate Agent Looking To Work With Investors... How?

Hi! I am a newer real estate agent in the Inland Empire, CA who is looking to work with investors, because I think it would be the best personality fit for me. Although working with homebuyers is fine, the process is based entirely on emotion and I just think that I may be well suited for the B2B market. I have a strong B2C background, so Im extremely efficient, tech savvy, no-nonsense. I have an eye for staging and design, which may come in handy on the selling side. And due to my SEO background, I get hundreds of home buyers on my website every day -- This could be an asset for investors looking to list. What is the best way to find investors to partner with? What does an investor look for in an investor friendly agent? And is being newer to real estate a hindrance for me, despite the fact that I can work tirelessly for my clients? Thanks in advance, Guys! This forum is the best thing!

There is a book I'd like to recommend:

"Real Estate Investors - Clients for Life by Fred Tichauer"

This is the Starter book I used, coupled with the CIAS certification I'm pursuing, to get really into the Investor-Agent game and I'd recommend this path to anyone else interested in being an Investor-Agent.

I have a few choice words about the crappy "investor to agent relationship" ideas currently being pushed around here and in the industry in general, but while I'm no 50 yr real estate veteran, I can say that these resources will give the new and experienced agent a better structure to achieve a healthy investor based business.

Just my 2 cents, good luck. =D
