In terms of using BP - I highly recommend setting up some "keywords" in your settings so that you can get alerted to discussions that talk about "CPA" "Bookkeeper" or "Bookkeeping" and related terms!

Then when a property pops up that works to your analysis in that market, make the offer. 

The truth is, the brokerage with have zero to do with how successful you are.

We are starting out with flipping because, as @Mohamed Youssef stated, we would like to build up a bit more capital.

And I will go outside, and when I hear the noise, I will look at the home itself and start listing the things I love about it.

Not all great deals are listed on the MLS.
