If you buy in an area like Kanagawa, Tokyo, Osaka, Nagoya, or Fukuoka even; I find it very hard to believe that those areas won't find people living there in the next 100 years. it's not nearly as hard to find properties in a good location as we are made to believe.

I am looking to build a team of like mined go getters and go givers to make a dent in the up and down market we are in .

Anyways, fast forward we are finally gaining momentum and will be done in 30 days but my maturity is Oct 23rd which is not enough time to have it sold and closed on.

I have underwritten probably 100+ new build locations just in our market in Columbus Ohio and the number are tight. 

Doing quite nicely and we are growing really fast here!

There we are in October and still nothing.
