No experience whatsoever, but what about just changing the marketing?

You have no experience whatsoever in the field, and the probability of you loosing it is higher if you don't have a good mentor or adviser, at least in the first couple of deals as you get to really know the ropes.

I have done a lot of reading from Ron LeGrand on how he buys houses with Terms and this seems like the most plausible way for me to get started in Real Estate(since I have no money whatsoever).

I'd guess things are different from state to state, but Massachusetts has a lead paint law with teeth.
