New to REI Looking for Terms help

I am a 21-year-old college baseball player living on the east coast of Southern Florida.  I am looking to get into real estate investing because I have done quite a bit of research and decided that this will be the path to take to provide my future family and I the best lives.  I have done a lot of reading from Ron LeGrand on how he buys houses with Terms and this seems like the most plausible way for me to get started in Real Estate(since I have no money whatsoever).  I am looking for any and all help from anybody experienced with this side of real estate and would be able to help me get started.  Thank You
