If someone hanging their license with me is operating illegally and/or unethically, or even hints at cutting corners for their own benefit, I will not hesitate to send their license back to the Division of Real Estate.

Having good, local, and experience Team members that will help with those of hints you do not know and help you with income productively.Marketing is probably as impressive rant and probably as important as salesperson-ship.  

Hint:  If you plan to occupy one of the units and they are all presently occupied, designated the weakest unit (lowest rent and/or month-2-month lease) as the one you will occupy.An insurance quote if you have been able to obtain one.For Identification, your drivers licence and/or Passport will suffice.You could bring a market analysis with you, but the residential mortgage agent probably won't look at it (or know how to interpret it) - they'll plug numbers in to a computer application - which makes its own assumptions about vacancy, etc..

A lawyer or two have in their own "sneaky" ways have more or less hinted that some how Month to Month rental agreements are not legal and accused me of not paying Bed taxes, but my rental properties are not in the most favored sections on town and get renters with histories that are not very desirable.
