Its a very competitive sport these days!

Putting money into funds, single and multi offering for both debt and equity, for various types of commercial real estate and maybe even some non-real estate funds like ATMs or auto loans, crowdfunding platforms, stocks in ETF's, BTC and ETH crypto, and a few angel investments in specific types of tech and sports startups we have a background in, provides a lot of diversity while still focusing on my strength in real estate.

Also RI misses  the skiing if you want the winter snow sports.

Team sport.

Areas like Packer Park and Girard estates would provide your guests with easy access to sporting events or the casino, and areas in the Northeast like Fishtown do very well.

Asheville also sports the Famous and Luxurious Biltmore Estate, which is a tourist attraction in it's own right. 

I work 50-60 hours a week at my “9-5”, have 4 kids that all play sports, a 5300 sq ft house on 3 acres to maintain, 4 sfh’s that I manage and repair, and a commercial property with multiple leases.

When you don't do that, you give the perception that you were trying to rip the tenants off - just jacking up the rent for sport.
