There's a large rental pool outside of the traditional traveling nurses that most people think of when considering MTR.

It is in an A location however,  a large apartment complex is being built right next to our neighborhood currently.

I have an investment that is selling August and I will have a large capital gain.

To me, it is probably worth the commission.I am not a large investor myself and this is what I would do if it were me.

A large amount of our buyers are unrepresented and we have referral agents to assist them.

The pantry is large enough to also double as a cleaning supply area and misc storage like batteries, flashlights, etc.

It's a jack of all trades here with little to no trade offs/cons when comparing apples to apples to other large STR markets.The key to success here though comes in the knowledge and execution.

Just as a preface, I have done many large developments, lots of SFR, master planned communities, etc.

Eventually I will have two duplexes on this large property.
