We are looking at QuickBooks from the stand point of managing our books, payment of suppliers and tracking building expenses and income.

They absolutely refused to pay contractors/suppliers because of this attitude.Problem was, when they finally did pay it was never in full. 

We always do it, but the price quoted seems rather high.We get our units from a supplier in Florida, tax free (as is shipping). 

We always loved working with clients from the US and are thinking about entering the US market first.We have developed some modular building models that will be manufactured in Europe using premium materials and equipment mainly from our longstanding suppliers in Spain.

I don't really think it's going to affect major cities that much, but, for mid-sized cities that are big enough to have decent broadband footprints, this could be boom times for them.
