Hi all,

I'm Christine Rhodes and am a NEW investor (wannabe) in Littleton Colo. My focus is fix-n-flip.

My background is > 20 years in construction-from Purchasing Manager at a large residential wholesale supplier to an Executive position at a Commercial GC. Additionally, my Dad was in construction and facilities management when I was growing up so I have had a fair amount of exposure to construction.  

Currently I am trying to educate myself as much as possible from a variety of sources.
