There is a large market for sub $1500 SFRs, once you break that limit the pool of applicants gets smaller due to demographics and income, but keep in mind that a lot of the downtown brand new class A apartment buildings are charging anywhere from $1700 to $2600 a month, even more in the Third Ward.

When we moved in they had put brand new carpet in, But the place needed little things like door handles on doors and to be cleaned (it wasn’t cleaned professionally because G had her husband do it to save money).

EM squabbles happen all the time.. you do need both buyer and seller to sign release other wise title company wont release.. you can then go to mediation about it.. but it cant hold up a closing in our area.. at that specific title company yes.. but like I said we just go to brand B and close there..
