How many people (adults & children) will be renting this suite?

Type 1:  Lessees with 5 to 8 kids, often with either a single mom or with 2 adults and his/hers and their kids.Type 2:  Lessees with 1 or 2 kids (sometimes adult kids) and who also have one or two of their parents living in the household as well. 

Since these aren’t simple answers anymore, after the State of Iowa privatized Medicaid in 2016, so a lot of rules and payments amounts have changed.Is this going to be for kids or adults or seniors?

The adult daughter and other people I am guessing adult sons would try to pay the rent.

It's up to them as adults that are legally capable of renting a property to figure out how to divvy up their returned deposit.You'll probably want to double check with an attorney that knows your local landlord/tenant laws just to make sure there wasn't something in your lease or local laws that does entitle him to his security deposit.

PS i did give them a chance to fill out an application for him as he is an adult but they ignored it.Also, do you put in the notice that if they don't get out in 30 days you will file for eviction?

They are for bunkbeds so the are quite lightweight but comfortable for an adult.
