I'm getting my movers lined up and looks like it will be the beginning of next week when I get the constable out.

After flipping a house in Tacoma, WA back in 2012 I spent 4 years away from the real estate industry growing my family and pursuing other interests.

(This method did work for me as I have located someone who is willing to sell/finance a rental - I'm also in Tacoma)

There doesn't seem to be a ton of developers focused on new construction in the community, but hope to connect with the folks that are interested in that space.My current target areas are Phoenix, Seattle, and Tacoma.  

I'm an investor in Tacoma area but work on 2nd and University.

That's legal fees, court costs, money to hire sheriffs and movers.

Letters/notices have already been sent at that point and the Constable personally serves the previous owner with the 24-hour notice to vacate.What happens on the day the writ is served (removing property from the house), the Constable will order the movers/labor to place the contents of the house at the curb and work back towards the house.

I'm sure there is something close to Tacoma/Olympia.

It gives them incentive not to stay , they arent having to pay movers 2 times , they arent living in a hotel .

I like Tacoma, Lakewood, Puyallup Washington area for Multi Family.
