After flipping a house in Tacoma, WA back in 2012 I spent 4 years away from the real estate industry growing my family and pursuing other interests. But the real estate bug bit me hard and I always knew that I would get back into real estate one day. Well, that day has come! I'm getting into real estate investing here in Provo, Utah and will be focusing on wholesaling for the time being. I'm also working towards getting my real estate license right now as well. I would love to connect with as many local investors as possible and see if we can't help each other to be successful. My current focus is on online and direct mail marketing and would love any advice I can get. I'm also seeking to build my cash buyers list. So, if you've got money don't be stingy.
