In my STR on Lake Superior I have a separate room for fish cleaning and a cutting board to do it outside in the summer.

She went for a total of almost an hour without one statement or shred of evidence to show that I was wrong, but instead went on and on about how the place was dirty when they moved in or that I wasn't a nice guy or that I wrote a blog about her and compared her to a fish or that I put myself out as an expert when I clearly was not.

@Kevin Tunnell There are a lot of people out there like Michael P. that are fishing for an opportunity for them to tell you how awesome they are and how many deals they have done.

When we stay at rentals on camping, fishing or hunting trips, we do our best to ensure there isn't a mess left behind knowing we could be hit with fines or bad guest reviews. 

A lot depends on how it's set up and how creative you and the electrician can be with fishing through the walls.  

I am going fishing in a few months with a friend of mine that owned a few saw mills here in Oregon and sold out to Weyerhouser and retired about 7 or 8 years ago see if he has any inside of what is going on.

Local REIA meetups and facebook groups would be a good place to fish for folks needing hard money moneys.
