Hunters as Guests: Prohibit Game Storage or Processing in Rental

Jeff Holthus
Posted

Brand new here. Did some searches, but nothing. We are from Texas and have been hunters. We support hunting, hunters, and conservation. We are in 1st year of STR, and some hunters have just booked our Condo in Colorado. I'm checking with Condo association about property rules, but we for sure don't want game storage or processing in our place. Has anyone dealt with this? Is it prohibited as a rule in your rental agreement? Thank you!

I think this would be very easy to express to your guests much like having a steep nasty road or an ugly neighbor. Don’t put raw meat in our freezer or you’ll be charged $400 something like that.

Unless you’re renting to @Paul Sandhu then you’re just out of luck. Btw Paul check your email.

Thanks
