Some of those being sales tactics, MLS access, network for investing, market data, insider industry partner networking, obviously extra income to supplement your USAF income, helping fellow vets/servicemembers and any buyers/sellers at that, and not having to pay an agent when you are accumulating properties as well. 

I think it's just the nature of this industry. 

Industries and corporations continue to arrive. 

The area has been a mecca for vacation rentals for a long time, and the local economy and service professionals are completely entwined with the industry.  

Networking - go to local real estate meet ups in your area and meet landlords & others in the industry 3.

I am a tech professional, but I also own a small Home Improvement company with my father who has been in the industry for 20ish years.

Good for the agents that remain in the industry.

In my senior seminar class, one of our assignments is to identify a mentor to meet with in person or virtually 4 times this semester in an industry we are interested in pursuing upon graduation.I would love to connect with a bigger pockets member that has experience in personal real estate investing for themselves or who has work experience in a specific field that has allowed other people to achieve financial independence through real estate investing.

Maybe AI can take over this industry to save everyone time and $ for buying and selling a house which isn’t that complicated of a process.
