Section 8 can be fine, but be prepared for a little additional oversight as far as someone coming to inspect the unit and require some changes to GFci outlets and smoke alarms etc. etc. beyond that, it’s nice to have guaranteed income.

But in all honesty thats too bad, its not a great area and we've had trespassers in the past. i want to install a pin pad lock, with the ability to assign pin numbers to each unit so i know who enters and if anyone left the door open.... it would be an amazing plus if this came with an alarm for when the door doesn't shut but ill take whatever i can get.
