I've already got alarms going off in my head because if they haven't told you this already...then I'm wondering why. 

Section 8 can be fine, but be prepared for a little additional oversight as far as someone coming to inspect the unit and require some changes to GFci outlets and smoke alarms etc. etc. beyond that, it’s nice to have guaranteed income.

Just make sure the business has an alarm and someone there is armed.

But in all honesty thats too bad, its not a great area and we've had trespassers in the past. i want to install a pin pad lock, with the ability to assign pin numbers to each unit so i know who enters and if anyone left the door open.... it would be an amazing plus if this came with an alarm for when the door doesn't shut but ill take whatever i can get.

Safety systems     -  sprinklers, fire or burglar alarm, emergency lighting, etc.I would ask for Loss Runs (reports detailing claims made on the insurance policies).  

We are offering alot of perks like paying for gas, electric, water, lawn, pest control, security cameras, and alarm system.

They ring the alarm constantly and when finally a recession happens they say see I was right, but ignore the 5 or 10 years they were wrong.And everyone ignores the fact that it doesnt matter what the market does.
