What are so key things to bring, ask, look for when walking a large MF property?

So tomorrow I am going to walk through a 14-unit all-brick MF property. I've done dozens and dozens of walk-throughs and have underwritten probably 250+ MF deals in my time, so I'm generally familiar with and have a good grasp of the space, but I am always open to gaining new perspectives and knowledge.

What are some key things you make sure to do/ask when walking properties of this type?
