I'm considering going - never been to Florida though because that's where the crazies are 😅 Zeona McIntyre and Sarah Weaver (MTRs/midterm rentals) will also be there along with some other guest speakers. 

We had a guest speaker, (Eviction Lawyer) at our local meeting.

@Richard HoangHere's an attorney were his primary practice is in evictions. https://www.teamlink.com/index...He has been a speaker at local meetup's in Sacramento county and also has an educational class in rental agreement's.I've never used him but I have heard from landlord investors who have used him in the past have been satisfied with his services..Good luck...

The speaker--Dave Lindahl himself no longer conducts the boot camps--said that each of the coaches--that is, the people who run around setting up the room, interviewing potential students, etc.

I was listening to a podcast recently where the speaker (who was a lawyer), said something about how often new clients come to him to fix "LegalZooms mistakes" when it comes to LLC's.
